FUNCTION

The TIG250P AC/DC TIG Welder with Pulse features the versatility to suit the needs of hobbyists and professional welders, especially for welding aluminum with AC TIG and Pulsed AC TIG Modes.

It produces high performance with an array of pulse features, includes 250 amps of alternating current( a start AMP 5 to 250) or direct current TIG welding along with stick function, comes with WP-26 heavy-duty TIG torch.

This 250A ACDC welder is suitable for stainless steel, mild steel, copper, aluminium nickel alloy, titanium, and other metals, widely used in industry and home

Digital Display

  Viewing of the actual and preset values for greater accuracy an repeatability in your welding procedure for initial current (recommendation at least 10A), peak current, base current, pilot arc current.(Output current: 5A-250A for TIG, 10A-200A for MMA )

TIG Welding

Remote Control Available 

• Pedal remoter and welding torch remote control are available.(Not included in the package, need to purchase separately.)
• This welder is capable of pedal remote control, allowing the operator’s control on real-time welding current even further than 10m
• The digital welding torch is compatible with this welder. (Not supply in the shop)
• How to enter the remote control:
  Method 1: Press the trigger 8s, the light will be on, then plug in the foot pedal, step on it, there’s high frequence and gas flow.
  Method 2: Or plug in the pedal, step 8s, the light will be on, release the pedal, then step it again, there will be there’s high frequence and gas flow

Other Functions

• Auto-saving of welding parameters while power off
• Automatic cooling fan: intelligent temperature control to prolong the fan’s lifespan
• Auto recovery of last time’s welding parameters. (It should be the same welding mode) 
• Auto protection: The welder will shut off in case of over-current, over-heat, large-scale voltage fluctuation or other abnormalities, and display the according to failure information

Note:   
1. Recommend start Amp should be above 10A, the pre/post flow is set at the minum. 
2. Amperage control is only available on remote control mode.
3. The foot pedal should be connected when in the remote control.
