YesWelder’s design and development philosophy is energy conservation, multifunctional, compact, and affordable. Therefore, our welding machines use an inverter design with high-power semiconductors, Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT). A microcontroller controls the IGBTs, so the electrical characteristics of the welding power can be changed by software in real-time to meet the requirements of different welding processes. We also developed unique products to address the special needs of robot welding and manual TIG welding.
Our welding helmet has an LCD electronic shutter that darkens automatically when sensing the bright welding arc. The true color technology improves visibility and reduces eye strain by minimizing the traditional lime green coloring in the helmet view screen. Our helmet has better clarity, real color view, broad vision, and comfortable headband as well. In addition, we offer unique appearance designs for the welding helmet.
